would like to get a grant for home improvement

my home is a older one with many small things that cause it to be cold in winter and hot in summer, some roof damage, doors not closing good, things that I'm unable to do or afford without some assistance

my home is worth about $57,000 and it is paid off

my grandchildren live with me

a grant would be great, but a low interest rate would also help me out
